Public Transportation:
We operate a public transportation system in Falls, Hill, and McLennan Counties on a fixed fare schedule.

Senior/Handicapped Transportation:
In the City of Waco, we provide transportation for individuals 60 years plus or handicapped to medical facilities, Senior Centers, grocery shopping, and social service agencies. 

Medicaid Transportation:
We are also a Medicaid transportation provider.

Curb to curb service.

(Our drivers may not enter a home or take a passenger into a medical or other facility.  Clients are welcome to take an escort to assist them)

We pick up you up at home and deliver you where you need to go:

-Doctor’s offices
-Hospitals
-Clinics
-Pharmacies
-Grocery shopping days
-Social service agencies

Procedure:

-Call our office and give desired destination; availability of vehicle will be checked.

Doctor’s visit:
If you are scheduling the ride for a doctor’s visit,
give date of appointment, doctor’s name, and
address.
-If vans are full, work with the scheduler to help
you reschedule your appointment.

Eligibility:

Persons 60 years of age and older who are ambulatory or disabled (wheelchairs/walkers/canes).
Persons under 60 who are ambulatory or disabled (wheelchairs/walkers/canes).

Wheelchairs Safety Policy:

Wheelchair users who live in a house with steps must have a ramp and a solid surface that reaches the curb, or they must have some available to take the rider to the curb.  Our drivers are not allowed to transport wheelchairs down steps.
